CONCORD, N.H. – The New Hampshire Retirement System (NHRS, the retirement system) now offers Group I (Employee and Teacher) and Group II (Police and Fire) online retirement application packets. These online packets include the information and forms necessary to apply for and begin receiving Service, Early, and Vested Deferred retirement benefits from NHRS.
“NHRS is pleased to offer this new electronic version of the retirement application to members,” said Nancy Miller, Director of Member Services. “The online access to retirement application documents allows NHRS to satisfy our members’ growing needs while maintaining our standards for accuracy, security, and service.”
To access the retirement application packet, members may visit the Member Forms page.
All forms in the application packet must be printed then signed; some forms may also require notarization. NHRS is unable to accept electronic signatures at this time.
Completed forms may be submitted to the New Hampshire Retirement System office, 54 Regional Drive, Concord, NH 03301, in person or by mail.
