Unclaimed Member Accumulated Contributions
Prior to 2008, state law required NHRS to refund member accumulated contributions to terminated members after a set period of inactivity. The retirement system has been unable to locate some of these terminated members to make them aware that they have funds held by the retirement system.
Click on the link below to view a list of terminated members who left service prior to 2008 that NHRS has been unable to contact. Also included on the list, when available, is the membership classification (i.e. employee, teacher, police, or fire) of the terminated member. If you are a terminated member included on this list (or the executor of a deceased member’s estate), please download and submit the Application to Develop Basic Fund Record for Terminated Members form to initiate the claim process.
