🆕 Summer Wages

Tags: Employer, DRS, Salary Variance

What Changed:
A new “Summer Wages” checkbox has been added to the Schedules screen in DRS. Employers reporting for full-time 10-month (FT10) employees can now flag summer pay periods. In addition, this update to our logic allows for accurate support of balloon payments, typically the final contract payout before summer begins.

 Why It Matters:
This helps by providing designated summer compensation from regular contract pay and reducing non-reporter exceptions for FT10 employees that have no compensation during summer months.
