Walk-in services are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. They are limited to paperwork drop-off, notarizations and general questions.

Paperwork can be dropped off using the secure drop-box in the retirement system foyer Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Directions to the New Hampshire Retirement System

From the South:

1. Interstate 93 North to Concord 
2. Exit 15 W for US-202 W toward US-3/N. Main Street
3. Continue straight onto Interstate 393 E, and enter the right lane 
4. Turn right, before the flashing yellow lights, onto Commercial Street 
5. At the end of the ramp, turn right
6. NH Retirement System is approximately a half mile on the right at 80 Commercial Street

From the North:

1. Interstate 93 (I-93) South to Concord 
2. Exit 15 W for US-3/N. Main St./Downtown
3. Turn right, before the flashing yellow lights, onto Commercial Street 
4. At the end of the ramp, turn right
5. NH Retirement System is approximately a half mile on the right at 80 Commercial Street

From the Seacoast area:

1. Route 4 West to Concord 
2. Bear right toward I-393 W/US-202 W/US-4 W
3. Turn right, before the flashing yellow lights, onto Commercial Street 
4. At the end of the ramp, turn right
5. NH Retirement System is approximately a half mile on the right at 80 Commercial Street

From the Monadnock area:

1. Interstate 89 (I-89) South to I-93 North 
2. Exit 15 W for US-3/N. Main St./Downtown
3. Turn right, before the flashing yellow lights, onto Commercial Street 
4. At the end of the ramp, turn right
5. NH Retirement System is approximately a half mile on the right at 80 Commercial Street
