Member Account Generalist - NHRS is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused individual to join our team as a Member Account Generalist. This position plays a vital role in supporting our members by reviewing and verifying personal and financial information submitted by participating employers and members.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to NHRS members.

Salary Range: This position is assessed in band H, $23.69-$35.55, NHRS is hiring between $23.69-$26.08

Member Account Technician - NHRS is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Member Account Technician. This position supports the administration of member accounts by reviewing and processing personal and financial information submitted by participating employers and members.

The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and committed to delivering high-quality service to public employees throughout New Hampshire.

Salary Range: This position is assessed in band F, $19.50-$29.20, NHRS is hiring between $19.50-$22.72
