NHRS Office Reopens

CONCORD, NH – The New Hampshire Retirement System (NHRS, the retirement system) office is open for abbreviated walk-in services. 

Walk-in services are currently limited to paperwork drop-off/review, notarizations and general questions, and subject to a 15-minute maximum. Walk-in services are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Our foyer remains open 8 a.m.-4 p.m. for limited-contact drop-off of materials using our secure drop-box.

In addition:

  • Lobby capacity is limited to no more than four people at a time. 
  • Prior to face-to-face meetings, visitors are required to check in at a screening kiosk in the lobby. (This is not required for paperwork drop-offs.)
  • Masks are required for entry and during individual face-to-face meetings.
  • Guests are not permitted.
  • Paperwork must be completed prior to entering the office.

NHRS continues to offer retirement appointments via videoconference and telephone, and limited in-person appointments are now being scheduled.
