CONCORD, NH – NHRS has partnered with Citizens Bank to upgrade the current “NHRS QuickPay,” an online bill pay service that facilitates the submission of employer contributions via ACH (Automated Clearing House) at no cost to participating employers.
Employers will see the same features as the old version of QuickPay, they will just look a little different. The one difference is that your invoice information will automatically be loaded into the system. This means that there is no longer the option to change the amount of the payment from what is shown on the invoice.
Employers will need to enroll in the new system and create an account with a new user ID and password. You have the option of using the same user ID and password from the old QuickPay system or you can choose to create new credentials.
Once the old QuickPay system has been taken down in early March, employers will no longer have access to the history or reports from that system. Employers must save any history, reports, screen prints, or data you may need before the site goes down.
Using QuickPay is the quickest, safest, and most cost-effective way to send payments to the retirement system.
More details regarding the new QuickPay will be coming soon, including step-by-step instructions and a link to the new site.
