CONCORD, N.H. — The New Hampshire Retirement System (NHRS) will relocate its Concord office to a new facility beginning April 16, 2026, as part of its continued commitment to providing secure, efficient, and accessible service to its members, retirees, and participating employers.
The new NHRS office will be located at 80 Commercial Street, Concord, NH 03301-5031. The new facility will offer improved accessibility and upgraded meeting spaces to better support the NHRS mission.
The relocation reflects NHRS’s ongoing focus on strengthening service while maintaining the security and integrity of its operations,” said Jan Goodwin, NHRS Executive Director.
NHRS is committed to ensuring little to no disruption in services during the transition to its new office. NHRS staff will continue to provide uninterrupted support to members, retirees, and employers throughout the moving process.
While NHRS will maintain normal business hours throughout the move, in-person access to the office will be restricted beginning April 16, 2026. Beginning Monday, April 27, 2026, the new office will be fully open to members and visitors. At that time, visitors may once again stop by during normal business hours without an appointment.
Business hours (Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.) and contact information for the retirement system will remain unchanged.
The new location is conveniently situated next to the Social Security office in Concord, creating a one-stop destination for retirement-related services. Additional information regarding directions, parking, and accessibility will be shared as the moving date approaches.
NHRS will continue to provide updates as planning progresses. Members, retirees, and employers are encouraged to monitor NHRS communications and the NHRS website for the latest information regarding the office relocation.
