CONCORD, NH – The New Hampshire Retirement System (NHRS, the retirement system) has launched a dedicated Insurance Reporting Guide. The guide centralizes all insurance-related requirements into a single resource for employers, vendors, and third-party administrators (TPAs).
What’s New?
The Insurance Reporting Guide is designed to be shared with vendors and TPAs, providing the tools and workflows needed to manage insurance reporting accurately and efficiently.
- Instructions for gaining system access and the necessary steps for when vendor relationships end are now clearly outlined.
- Step-by-step workflows for reporting premium rate increases, subsidy changes, and other insurance data are included in the guide.
Why It Matters
- Improved reporting accuracy through clearly outlined requirements.
- Greater consistency in how information is submitted to NHRS.
- Stronger understanding of reporting processes.
- A practical training tool for new staff or an ongoing reference for experienced administrators.
Available Resources
The new guide is available on our Employer Resources Page. It is a standalone tool that complements our existing support documentation, giving you a complete picture of the reporting process.
