Request an NHRS Member Education Session

The New Hampshire Retirement System (NHRS) offers retirement education sessions for active members at all stages of their careers.

Presentation topics include:

Overview of NHRS and the defined benefit retirement plan
Service, early, disability, and vested deferred retirement
Pre- and post-retirement death benefits
Other NHRS benefits and member resources

These sessions do not include personalized account information, retirement benefit estimates, or retiree health insurance information.

Because retirement benefits differ by membership group, separate presentations are offered for:

Group I: Employees and Teachers
Group II: Police and Fire

NHRS-participating employers may use the form below to request a member education session. Requests are subject to staff availability and submission of this form does not guarantee that a presentation can be scheduled. To help us evaluate your request, please provide as much information as possible, including your preferred date, intended audience, and estimated attendance. An NHRS representative will contact you regarding your request.

Please note: Requests for NHRS participation in employee benefit fairs, other than scheduled educational presentations, cannot be accommodated.
