NHRS remains on track to deploy its new employer Data Reporting System (DRS) in the fall of 2023.
The DRS update is part of a larger, multi-year upgrade of its pension database product, known as PensionGold (PG). The upgrade from Version 2, which has been in operation since 2002, to Version 3 is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
The retirement system will be scheduling multiple employer training events focused on monthly reporting of active members beginning in June and running through October.
Based on feedback provided by participating employers, these training events will be scheduled at multiple dates and times. Different events will be scheduled for school employers and all other employers.
Additional training events for annual retiree reporting and for updating retiree insurance premiums and authorizations will also be provided.
In addition to the training sessions, NHRS will provide written instructions and recorded presentations on how to use the new DRS.
NHRS will inform employers when registration opens for these events in Spring 2023. All events will be posted on the Operation Granite Wave project page:
