While analyzing some of the XML test files that we received from payroll providers, we discovered some improvements that could be made to some of the documentation regarding the new XML file format.
Two documents that were released in February of 2022 have been updated:
In these updated documents, 8 fields previously marked as optional in which no data should be reported have been removed. There were other minor edits for the purposes of increasing the clarity of the documents. These revised documents have been date stamped 6-6-22.
